Resurrection Builders is a 3rd generation building company with experience in all facets of construction. We are family-owned and have been in business since 1996. For the past decade, our company has focused primarily on home improvements. Our office is located in Fredericksburg, VA and we proudly serve the areas of Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline, Prince William and Hanover. Our team has the experience and knowledge to bring your home improvement dreams to life. At Resurrection Builders, we stand on the following guiding principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality:<\/strong> We\u2019ve earned the reputation as a \u201cquality first,\u201d contractor. The majority of our business generates from referrals with previously satisfied customers. Our goal is to provide quality products and service to the Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We do this with an efficient process of management, personal communication, and respect for your home and belongings throughout the project. Experience:<\/strong> Our team comes from three generations of builders. Our president, Kevin Sullivan, has spent his lifetime in construction and engineering after apprenticing under his father, George C. Sullivan, Builder. Project Manager Ryan Sullivan expanded on the foundation laid by his father and grandfather, now with over two decades worth of experience in construction. This experiential reality informs our slogan, “Built on the foundation of generations.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Values:<\/strong> We are faith-based and family-owned. Our faith is woven into both the foundation and operation of what we do. The name “Resurrection Builders” is derived from John 11: 25-26. The essence is to “raise life standards” for those whom we do business with.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Sullivan<\/strong>, President<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin was born and raised in Fredericksburg Virginia. He is a second generation builder who grew up working for his father, George Sullivan (George C. Sullivan, Builder). He earned his Engineering degree from Kettering University and started the business in 1996. He specializes in designing and developing plans, managing operations and solving difficult construction problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan Sullivan<\/strong>, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan was born and raised in Spotsylvania County and graduated from Spotsylvania High. Ryan is a 3rd generation builder who has been with Resurrection Builders for over two decades. He is an expert in interior and exterior remodeling and has an extensive knowledge of the products and techniques used today. Ryan handles estimating, oversees production and works with customers from the beginning to end of every project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
